Impregnates and protects absorbent materials such as unfinished natural stone, cotto and concrete. Significantly reduces the absorbency of the material without altering its appearance. Suitable for flooring materials in indoor and outdoor areas. Serves as a base protectant on interior floors prior to waxing.

Advantages

Natural effect: No change in visual appearance. Water-based: For a more environmentally friendly treatment with drastically reduced processing times, as it can also be applied to surfaces with residual moisture. Does not form a surface film. Does not affect the frost resistance of the cotto. Also ideal for cement surfaces. Is certified as "food safe". Product with extremely low VOC emission: certified by GEV and with EC1Plus marking contributes to the achievement of LEED credits.

With 1 liter of product, one application treats approx:

Cotto rustic Impruneta cotto, sanded approx. 15-20m².
