Balcony renovation with epoxy base resin
Initial situation: Tiled balcony floor and mineral joint compound with decades-old and heavily weathered covering and a chipping of the mineral joint compound.
Objective: Quick repair to stop further deterioration of the substance.
Procedure: First apply two coats of Vebatec Epoxy Base Resin to the mineral joints and then fill in any missing areas in the joint compound. By painting the joints and then filling in the imperfections, water penetration is prevented and thus also further damage.
Although the use of Vebatec Epoxy Base Resin is not a substitute for necessary repair measures, it is a way to prevent further damage with little financial and material investment.
