Can Vebatec casting resin be processed in large layer thicknesses?
Vebatec Express casting resin is designed for manual crack casting in the floor area. However, the filling of floor depressions or the mixing in of quartz sands is not possible, as a high reaction heat is generated during the curing of larger quantities of Vebatec casting resin. This would cause the material to overheat and thus destroy the material structure.
When casting cracks in the floor area, however, the resulting reaction heat is dissipated through the flanks of the cracks, thus preventing the material from overheating.
