Immediate, strong adhesion during processing, within the processing temperature, without additional heating.
Application:
For versatile use in pitched and flat roofing, timber frame construction, metal, glass, prefabricated construction, vehicle, car body construction. As a sealant and for bonding in air conditioning, mechanical and plant engineering. Used for sound insulation, sound and vibration absorbing. Bonding of sheet metal parts and glass. Prevention of water permeability in overlaps. Connections to masonry, stone, wood. Roofing: use as a rainproof nail seal underneath counter battens, etc.
Processing instructions:
Sanremo4you butyl tape double-sided adhesive can be cut e.g. with scissors. It must be ensured that no plasticizer migrates from the substrate into the butyl tape. Butyl adhesives are sensitive to solvents. Constant or repeated contact with solvents must be avoided. As the processing temperature decreases (Within the specified processing temperature), initial adhesion decreases; as the processing temperature increases, initial adhesion to the substrates increases.
