The use of Vebatec Blitz fleece against rising damp

The Vebatec Blitz Vlies sealing tape can be used excellently as a barrier against rising damp in masonry. In our example, it was used at the transition between the floor slab and the masonry.

The self-adhesive tape with a thickness of about 1 mm seals between the lower layer of bricks and the floor slab on the one hand and the first layer of bricks against the second layer against rising damp on the other.
