Description:
Knead-Fix 2 component kneading compound is suitable for adhesive, sealing and filling applications indoors and outdoors.
For quick repair, even on wet substrates or under water, in industry, crafts and household. The stability of the material before curing, allows shaping and the creation of large material cross-sections, e.g. for model making. Resistant to fuels, engine oils, etc.
Application:
Versatile repairs: sewage pipes, conduits, boats, yachts, vehicles such as: Cars, caravans, caravans etc. Gasoline and oil tanks, gearbox housings, window frames and profiles, broken screws, dowels and hinges in wood and furniture construction.
For materials such as: Ceramics, porcelain, glass, stone, wood, metal, various plastics and many more.
Not suitable for: PE, PP, PTFE, acrylic glass
Processing:
1. clean and roughen the surface
2. cut off required quantity and knead until
uniform coloration is achieved and the material becomes warm
3. apply and let rest for 20 minutes

After curing, the material can be machined by metal-cutting deformation processes, e.g. grinding, drilling, sawing, threading or milling. Overpainting is possible, carry out color tests in advance.
