Description:
Quadro - liquid is a solvent-free 2-component system with high compressive and flexural strength. Quadro - liquid is characterized by very low linear shrinkage, fast curing and by its castability for use in hard-to-reach places, even at sub-zero temperatures. Due to its high strength, the compound is suitable as a wear-resistant concrete coating for layer thicknesses of 6-20mm. The low shrinkage also allows filling of larger unevennesses. The surface resembles the appearance of fine fair-faced concrete when formed and can be finished with suitable coatings for decorative surface design. The curing time is approx. 1 hour at +20°C, curing proceeds in the temperature range -10°C - +35°C (approx. 1-3 hours).
Application:
As a repair set for localities without water supply, where cementitious materials cannot withstand the loads and repairs must be ready and loadable in the shortest possible time. All necessary materials are included in the repair kit. Special areas of application are e.g. hard to reach places, which can only be reached by the pouring ability of Quadro - liquid like: Relining of bridge bearings, closing of wide joints and cracks and many more. As a coating for mechanically heavily stressed traffic areas in industrial plants, as well as a local repair compound in interior and exterior areas, e.g. curbs, ramps, driveways, stairs, machine foundations, construction of traffic islands, bonding of concrete to asphalt, frost-resistant concrete replacement for cold storage houses, etc.
