Therefore particularly suitable for use in dusty environments and in applications where greases or oils cannot be used as lubricants, e.g. due to the effects of heat and cold.
Product properties
Sanremo MOS2 dry lubrication meets the increased demands of high-pressure lubrication in e.g. mechanical engineering, since solid lubricants are still indispensable in the boundary and mixed friction range. The advantage over EP lubricants with high-pressure additives is that the crystalline structure of the MOS2 solid lubricants enables a lubricating and separating effect without altering the metallic surface.
Application
The product should be at room temperature and sprayed only in well-ventilated areas. Before use, shake well and until stirring ball rises and falls evenly. For optimum adhesion, first clean surfaces mechanically. The surfaces to be treated must be metallically bright and dry. Spray on at a small distance and allow to react. Repeat if necessary.
