Description:
Profidicht is a high-performance sealant with fast through-curing and extremely good adhesion properties on almost all substrates. Profidicht can also be used as an adhesive. The product is virtually odorless, anti-fungal, free of solvents, isocyanates and silicones and is used for interior and exterior applications. Profidicht has excellent workability even at low temperatures, fast through-curing, as well as excellent UV resistance and color stability.
Compared to a building silicone and in general to silicone sealants, Vebatec Profidicht can be painted over with the same elasticity, and in many cases replaces acrylic sealants.
VEBATEC PROFIDICHT corresponds to the quality:
ISO 11.600 F25 LM - Facade
EMICODE EC 1R: Certified as a particularly low-emission product. Valid for VEBATEC PROFIDICHT white, gray, brown, black.
ISEGA certification for VEBATEC PROFIDICHT transparent: Tested harmlessness for use in food-related areas.
Profidicht can be applied to wet substrates and also cures under water. Profidicht is resistant to weathering and aging and can be painted over with aqueous dispersions after curing. (If other paint systems are used, carry out preliminary tests).
Application:
Can be used in all construction areas, indoors and outdoors, especially expansion and connection joints, windows and doors, glass sealing and caulking, metal construction and facades, plastic components, sealing sanitary joints in damp areas, and more.
Profidicht works on numerous porous and smooth substrates without primer, such as mirrors, plaster, plaster, wood, concrete, glass, metal, enamel, rigid PVC, GRP, ceramics, tiles, brick, natural stone and many more.
