The 2-component high-performance adhesive MD-MEGABOND is the "formula one hit" among high-performance adhesives. It can be used where conventional adhesives do not achieve the required strength.

MD-Megabond permanently bonds metal, wood, ceramics and hard plastics. The bonding of different
materials can be carried out with MD-Megabond in a flash and with functional reliability. After complete curing
the bonded area can be machined and painted.

Application examples
Bodywork and exterior: bumpers, spoilers, radiators, exterior mirrors, body panels, windshields and door windows. GRP parts, door panels, rear and front lighting, reinforcement and installation of floor panels, roof elements and grill parts, front and rear caps, mounts for advertising and bumpers, plastic wheel covers and bumper brackets.
Application instructions
The parts to be bonded should be clean and free of oil and grease. Roughening increases the strength. Cut off tip and squeeze out MD-Megabond, the mixing ratio is regulated automatically. Mix material until uniform color is achieved. Apply MD-Megabond and join parts together. Hand strength is achieved after 5-10 minutes. Final curing takes place after 12 hours. After use, reseal cartridge with cap. Do not use below 5°C outside temperature. MD-Megabond in 50 g cartridges can also be processed without mixing.
