MD-mix is easy to use. The material is processed like plasticine. MD-mix has an extremely high Shore D hardness of 80 (concrete 60). MD-mix can be processed mechanically.

Processing instructions
The parts to be repaired must be clean and free of oil and grease. Roughening increases the strength. Cut off required amount of MD-mix and knead for approx. 2 minutes until an even color is obtained and the material becomes warm. Then apply MD-mix to the parts and model. Mechanical processing can be carried out after approx. 20 minutes. Final curing takes place after 24 hours. Do not process below 5°C outside temperature.
Application examples
Repair of missing holes, holes in pipes, blowholes and all cracks on metal, wood and plastic. Mechanical processing is possible after a short time. Parts can be sanded, milled, drilled and painted over.
